We are a HSE approved provider of premium HomeCare services in South Dublin.Job Summary:The Health Care Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services. This role involves managing a team of care assistants and maintaining the high standards of care.Responsibilities:Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessmentsOnboarding of new customers including detailed Care Plans & risk assessmentsOnboarding of new health care assistants including training and assessmentsEvaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to customersSupport the Care Coordinator on the holiday schedule for staff whilst maintaining required levels of service provisionDevelop and maintain a relationship with customers based on honesty and trustAssist with other duties as delegated by the Management Team including HCA dutiesReport to the Director of Care any complaints on daily basis and if dealt personally.Checking and collecting journal notes from clients housesDelivery of Careplans, log sheets and gloves to clients homes when requiredClient reviews on a quarterly basisHealth Care Assistant mentoring and guidanceSupport and On-Call during out of hoursProviding a high standard of care in compliance polices.Ensuring dignity, privacy and independence is maintained and always respected when delivering care.Qualifications:QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent /or working towards QQI Level 6.Full Clean Driver's license & access to own vehicle EssentialSkills:Assisting with mobility and exerciseEffective verbal and written communication & Active listeningFollowing instructions and protocolsProviding companionship and emotional supportFamiliarity with healthcare equipment and devicesTime management and task prioritizationFluent EnglishExcellent PC skills including Microsoft OfficeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsFree or subsidised travelSick payWellness programApplication question(s):Do you have a valid Healthcare Qualification from Ireland or another country?Do you have a valid Driving Licence and a Car?Are you currently living in or near Dublin?Work Location: In person
