Requirements:

• A 3rd level qualification in HRM/HRD or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
