Located in the heart of the working St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin, Guinness Storehouse is one of the most exciting and unusual Dublin conference & events venues with breath taking views of the Dublin city skyline and the ability to cater for up to **** guests.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests have a fantastic dining experience.
You will assist with food and drink service, maintain cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer care.
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer experience across our business.
Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar and event space.
Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all service areas.
Handle payments and operate the till system.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Working across our daytime food and Beverage outlet and events business.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
A passion for great food, drinks, and customer experiences.
