Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across depositary services.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:You will ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures.Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.Provide assistance during on-site inspections.Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.Have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.Provide ad-hoc project support.QualificationsAbout You:You have a third level business/finance qualification.2-3 years of fund admin or depositary/ custody/ trustee experience within the Irish funds industry.Some knowledge of hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.Our BenefitsYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
