• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.
What We Seek In A Candidate
• 2 years' experience in a leadership or people management role – pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Previous dispensary experience an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
