Associate Commercial Lawyer – Commercial team at a leading national law firm in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contractual relationships.
* Work with suppliers, distributors, and licensors.
* Play an active role throughout the contract lifecycle – procurement, negotiation, implementation, and enforcement.
* Ensure clients meet compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* 0‑2 years’ PQE.
* Commercial law background.
* Strong academic background.
* Technically excellent.
* Team player.

€100,000.00‑€130,000.00
