Clarity are currently looking for registered children's nurses or registered general nurses with paediatric experience to work agency shifts for a Westmeath-based hospital.
The shifts will be based in a paediatric setting and experience working with diabetes is preferable.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing or Bachelor's degree in children's nursing
2. Valid RGN or RCN Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)
3. Eligible to work in Ireland
4. Qualification in diabetic nursing preferable
Requirements for the agency nurses Nurse:
5. Positive attitude
6. Recent experience working in paediatric settings
7. Experience working in diabetic care
8. Ability to take initiative
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of practice at all times
11. Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
12. Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident's/patient care.
13. Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development including presenting up-to-date compliance documents
14. Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
