Cpl is currently recruiting Staff Nurses and Senior Nurses to work across a wide range of healthcare facilities throughout Ireland. Opportunities are available in acute hospitals, non-acute and long-term care settings, community services, rehabilitation, mental health, intellectual disability services, and specialist units.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with professional standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice
Adhere to HIQA, HSE, and NMBI guidelines and policies
Support patients, families, and carers with dignity and respect
Requirements
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Recognised nursing qualification (General, Psychiatric, Intellectual Disability, Children’s, or Midwifery considered depending on role)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high standards of patient care
