Within this role, you will work as part of the Manufacturing Team to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors.
About This Role
This role involves working within a dynamic team environment where you will be responsible for various manufacturing-related activities. Some of your key responsibilities may include:
* Working with the Manufacturing team to perform tasks aligned with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors
* Monitoring production processes to ensure smooth operations
* Participating in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities
* Assisting with troubleshooting in case of equipment failure
* Performing manufacturing-level maintenance on equipment
* Maintaining adherence to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements at all times
* Performing equipment cleaning, preparation, and execution, as well as completing associated documentation
* Conducting various tests and in-process sampling
* Reviewing, editing, and revising completed batch records, logbooks, and SOPs according to cGMP standards
* Maintaining housekeeping in designated areas and adhering to clean standards within the facility

Requirements
We require a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements.
