Your Job:
* Manage the storage and requisitioning of all food and beverage items, ensuring adherence to par stock levels.
* Accept all deliveries, check for damage, and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
* Store all deliveries properly, including perishable food items, implementing a first-in, first-out rotation system.
* Handle the storage and requisitioning of all cleaning chemicals, stationery items, and disposables, maintaining appropriate par stock levels.
* Take full ownership of the purchasing process, from processing orders to verifying deliveries upon arrival.
* Source, select, and negotiate optimal purchasing packages based on quality, price, terms, delivery schedules, and services with suppliers.
What You will Need:
* Experience in purchasing is a key advantage
* Hotel experience is a key advantage
