Administrator Professional Body (Agriculture Sector) Our client is a professional body representing the agricultural sector, supporting co-operatives, farmers, and agri-businesses nationwide.
They are now seeking an experienced Administrator to provide governance, project, and communications support across our activities.
The Role This is a varied role that combines administration, project coordination, event management, and communications.
You will: Support senior management with diaries, travel, meetings, and board documentation.
Manage co-operative registrations and rulebook amendments via the CORE portal.
Organise events such as the AGM, national conferences, seminars, and award ceremonies.
Produce reports, newsletters, presentations, and other communications.
Maintain and update organisational websites (WordPress).
Liaise with stakeholders including government bodies, external partners, and member co-operatives.
Key Skills & Experience Strong administrative and project coordination background (HR or governance experience an advantage).
Proficiency with databases, the CORE portal, and WordPress.
Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Excellent communication, minute-taking, and stakeholder liaison skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects in a fast-moving environment.
Flexible, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
