To be an expert in technical aspects of Audio-visual installation and operation in CT Ireland
To help design and draw system layouts/configurations for tenders and projects, including mechanical and electrical drawings.
To provide technical expertise to the Sales Representatives when scoping a project.
To help source hardware solutions to meet project designs.
To work with Project Management Office, Install Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Pre, and Post Sales Tech when clarifications or design updates are required.
To support the Technical Director in all design aspects and to backup during times of leave
Attend site visits when required to gather more information for the design or help Sales Representatives explain technical aspects of the designs.

Comply with Company's Quality Management System requirements i.e., perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.
Contribute towards achieving company objectives
Ensure that the needs and requirements of company's internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
Help develop and improve the company's internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas.

AVIXA (CTS-D, CTS-I)
