Our client, one of the UK & Ireland's most successful Beauty Brands, is currently in search of a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic marketing plan for two of their in-house brands.
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager, with specific expertise in beauty brands, to lead a dynamic team responsible for the success of two in-house brands.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in directing strategic brand marketing efforts with a strong focus on analytical detail to ensure commercial viability and long-term success.

Your role:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales in the beauty industry.
2. Lead and mentor the marketing team to align with company objectives.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategies and messaging.
5. Oversee advertising, promotions, and product launches to maximise market reach.
6. Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to optimise marketing efforts.
7. Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers to enhance brand reach.
8. Drive revenue growth through promotional activities and strategic distribution channels.
9. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations.
10. Adapt strategies and product offerings based on market trends and consumer preferences.
11. Leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making and commercial success.
