Role: Customer Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer orders and returns in the system accurately.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other databases.
Support the team with general administrative duties
Assist with complaint handling and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (2 years preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
