Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with clinical best practices.
* Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
* Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential – newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
