About Our Client The company specialises in premium entrance solutions, including revolving doors, speedlanes, and automatic door systems to some of the country's most iconic buildings in the corporate, healthcare, retail, education, transport, and data centre sectors.
The Role: Experienced Business Sales Professional This is a strategic and hands-on commercial role where the successful candidate will effectively run their own section of the business, holding full commercial responsibility for all projects from specification to delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with architects, consultants, and end clients to influence product specifications.
Collaborate with contractors, glazing partners, and security integrators to deliver successful installations.
Manage and achieve sales targets.
Participate at industry events and client meetings.
Candidate Profile Our Client seeks a candidate who thrives on managing complex projects and long-term relationships.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, automation, or building products sector.
Proven track record managing a pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (SAP) is advantageous.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
