Key Role: Systems Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team.
* This is a leadership role that supports the development of products within the Architecture and Controls Department.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop system architecture models for superior performance, reliability, and diagnostics.
2. Execute simulations to verify control behavior and performance.
3. Support integration testing to ensure control system behavior meets requirements.
4. Analyze system test data.
5. Mentor and supervise team members.
6. Collaborate with software teams to integrate model-generated software into application software.
7. Adhere to architectural standards and processes.
8. Drive project execution to achieve milestones.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
* At least 12 years experience in systems, electronics, controls, or software engineering is required.
* Master's Degree in System Theory is strongly preferred.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with system design and modeling & simulation processes.
* Understanding of system architecture and control systems.
* Knowledge of classical control (PID, linear control) and advanced control techniques.
* Proficiency in Simulink, Stateflow, and SVN.
* Understanding of optimization techniques.
* Experience with MAAB, J-MAAB, IEC 62304 standards or equivalents.
* Automating processes.
Note:
* A Bachelor's degree in any other field may be considered with relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of refrigeration, vapor compression, thermodynamics/fluid dynamics, compressors, engines, or power electronics is beneficial but not mandatory.
