Seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to manage daily office tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing emails and correspondence, updating shared folders, liaising with internal teams, handling phone calls, maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel, and file preparation.
