Residential Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of a residential development project in Laois.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of works, meeting deadlines, and managing site operations. This includes planning and coordinating daily requirements, including labour, procurement of materials, and adhering to company policies and H&S regulations.
A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager on housing developments is required. A Degree in Construction Management or similar, and an engineering background are desirable.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is €60K-€70K per annum.
About the Role
* Coordinate and supervise the construction of residential developments.
* Act as number one on site for all activities, reporting into the Contracts Manager.
* Oversee commercial and residential projects, managing manpower on site.
* Consult with local authorities when required.
* Manage sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure productivity levels are high.
* Supervise works on site, ensuring quality and timely completion.
* Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labour and material procurement.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, including H&S regulations.
Requirements
