HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our organisation. This role will be responsible for workforce planning, talent development, and coaching managers on performance and engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, role design, and succession planning. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

* Workforce Planning & Talent: Support headcount planning, succession, and skills mapping; advise on recruitment and role design.
* HR Systems: Lead rollout and adoption of digital HR tools; streamline processes.
* Manager Support: Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
* Engagement & Culture: Drive surveys, action plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
* HR Operations & ER: Manage onboarding, ER cases, and ensure compliance.
* Data & Insights: Analyse HR metrics and deliver dashboards to inform decisions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
* Degree Qualified - Level 7 HRM.
* Strong ER case management and strategic planning experience.
* Skilled in HRIS tools, data analysis, and workforce development.
