Standards, be they operational, health & safety or otherwise, are important to us, as is our ongoing commitment to nurture the forest environment within which we operate.VEHICLE AND TRANSPORT COORDINATOR | €17.08 per hourWe are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to coordinate village vehicle and transport operations so that procurement, commercial, colleague and other stakeholder requirements are optimised.Reporting to the Deputy Village Director, and working in conjunction with the Group Fleet and Transport Manager your duties will include:To oversee and audit village vehicle fleets ensuring that they are checked, maintained and taxed to company standardsControl and optimise vehicle operating costs to include the administration of maintenance schedules, fuel, vehicle hire, batteries, and other transport costsMonitor and control OPEX costs versus budgets, prior year, and in comparison, with other villagesAct as a key point of contact for all village transport requirements, ensuring effective utilisation of the vehicle fleet to achieve operational efficiencyEncourage sustainable travel and co-ordinate colleague transport costs.
