Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Experience in leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Engage with customers throughout the entire lifecycle - from presales and onboarding to training, deployment, operations, and scaling - delivering consistently high customer satisfaction.
Convert business requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans in partnership with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Product teams.
Oversee project planning, execution, and governance, including metric tracking, progress reporting, and proactive management of dependencies and risks.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies, processes, and client engagement practices.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for all delivery-related matters.
Requirements
10 years of experience delivering IT solutions, ideally in an enterprise software environment.
3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software or analytics implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with data analytics, data pipelines, solution deployment, and data visualization.
