It's an ideal position for starting chef that wants to learn and progress in award winning kitchensThe salary is depending on the experience and negotiable.No eveningJob descriptionWe are looking for an articulate production line chef assistant with experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and strong attention to details.Responsible for timely preparation, packaging, labelling, sealing products and distribution of foods.Liaising with other chefs, to ensure that the correct level of produce is ordered to meet per stock requirements and checking goods inward.Familiar with HACCP, food hygiene standardsPreferably Knowledge of allergen Handling, Traceability, Labelling and Hygienic Storage of foods including stock rotation, training provided for the right candidate.Maintaining and importance of record keeping.Maintains high standards of food quality and appearance.
