Rehabilitation Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team in Mountbolus, Tullamore. As a key member of our community-based rehabilitation services, you will work closely with individuals living with acquired brain injury to support their independence and participation in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Form therapeutic relationships with individuals served and maintain positive, constructive professional relationships.
* Facilitate daily independence by coordinating activities and developing Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs).
* Assist individuals with achieving their goals as outlined in IRPs and promote skills development for employment and leisure activities.
* Support individuals with budgeting, money management, and disability benefits in line with organizational policy.
* Record and document daily activities, reports, and reviews via the iPlanit system.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a minimum QQI Level 5 standard.
* Full driving license.
* Person-centered approach to supporting individuals with acquired brain injury.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good IT skills.
