About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining various types of mechanical equipment in the water and wastewater industry.
* They should have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical plant operations and be able to carry out routine planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
* In addition, they will need to identify mechanical faults and recommend solutions, including parts required.
Key Qualifications:
* A recognized qualification as a Mechanical Fitter/Plant Fitter/Mechanic is essential.
* Relevant experience in a similar role will also be considered.
