We help clients build resilient, compliant, and forward-looking businesses which are set up for regulatory compliance Purpose-led work you'll be part ofAs a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will contribute to high-impact risk and regulatory projects that shape the future of our clients' businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include:Designing or enhancing Compliance and Risk Frameworks, including policies and procedures to support our client's regulatory agendaPartnering with our financial services clients on strategic initiatives linked to existing and new regulation and guiding them on regulatory engagement and commitments, such as large-scale remediation & transformation projectsInterpretation and implementation of upcoming regulations e.g. CPCReviewing client documentation relative to our client's regulatory environmentSupporting and guiding our clients throughout the market entry authorisation processSupporting PwC senior management across various business development initiativesSupporting the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory consulting team in developing go to market thought leadership publications on a variety of compliance topics such as Consumer Protection, Outsourcing etc.Experiences and skillsDegree qualified, a recognised compliance qualification, a distinct advantageMinimum 3 years' industry or consulting experience in Compliance environment, with a strong understanding of the Irish conduct regulatory landscape including CPC, SME, CCMA, GDPR, F&P, MiFID etc.Recognised project management qualifications would be desirableAn analytical mind-set and ability to draw insights from data for solutioning and value business outcomes coupled with effective communication and report writing skills.A strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityHigh level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together.We'reinspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
