Accounts Assistant Role
The role of an Accounts Assistant is a vital position within the financial team, responsible for various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and take ownership of company banking, VAT, and other tax returns
- Process invoices and perform reconciliation tasks
- Assist with accounts receivable and billing
- Manage meeting notes and diaries, as well as office administration and filing tasks
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
