You'll be winning new business by influencing our key food service and retail accounts in an innocent way in the Dublin and Leinster region.We want you to help us sell as many drinks as we planned to (and a few more) by finding new customers and securing additional distribution in existing customers. You'll be required to ensure promotions are implemented at store level and that we always look our best where our products are on sale.It'll be a real chance to make a difference to our business working together with the people here at Fruit Towers in Dublin as well as our food service and convenience sector partners.you'll haveWe're looking for someone who's motivated by and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Things move fast at innocent so you'll need to be able to pick things up pretty quickly and also be able to figure things out for yourself when you need to.You'll also need the following important attributes:A passion for selling - you'll love working with people and be able to demonstrate a longer term vision of success for your customer. You'll be a proven negotiator.You'll be a team player who can contribute to the development of a high performing sales teamYou'll have the ability to target and deliver new business within the Food Service and Retail channelsYou'll have to make sure innocent always looks great at the point of purchaseYou'll have the ability to communicate well and build relationships with customersOrganised – you'll have wide internal and external facing responsibilities and therefore the ability to multi-task is importantA quick learner, you'll have bags of initiative and be pro-active at getting things doneYou'll be comfortable dealing with numbersYou'll need to travel to Fruit Towers Dublin monthly for sales and team meetings.
