Responsibilities
Full cycle recruitment looking after advertising platforms & other talent pipelines as required.
Scheduling & templating visits
Actively source and qualify candidates
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency
Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
General computer tasks;
Any adhoc duties required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Quota or goal oriented
Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
Team player
Must have computer skills
Must be honest, reliable and professional
Must have a WORK PERMIT
Must have experience in an office setting
Rostering/scheduling experience desirable
Recruitment experience desirable
