Responsibilities
* Full cycle recruitment looking after advertising platforms & other talent pipelines as required.
* Scheduling & templating visits
* Actively source and qualify candidates
* Maintaining strong relationships in the market
* Working to improve recruitment efficiency
* Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
* General computer tasks;
* Any adhoc duties required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Quota or goal oriented
* Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
* Team player
* Must have computer skills
* Must be honest, reliable and professional
* Must have a WORK PERMIT
* Must have experience in an office setting
* Rostering/scheduling experience desirable
* Recruitment experience desirable
