Responsibilities Lead the full estimation process for electrical and renewable energy projects. Produce detailed and accurate cost estimates from technical drawings and specifications. Interpret electrical and employer requirements for complex Design & Build projects. Manage tenders end-to-end, coordinating with departments to deliver on time and on budget. Prepare technical submissions, including clarifications, inclusions and programme details. Source, review and assess supplier quotations for accuracy and completeness. Handle multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining precision and control. Identify project risks and advise the bid team on mitigation strategies. Attend post tender meetings and ensure seamless handovers to project delivery teams. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Economics, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 5+ years experience in construction, including 2+ years in a senior estimating role. Proven background in the Power or Renewables sector.
