The Information & Helpline Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our helpline and ensuring that it provides effective support to individuals with dementia and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.
You will also be required to promote our national helpline and update website content, while managing statistical information.
We are seeking a candidate who has a primary degree in health sciences or a related field, and experience in providing support services.
Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with external partners and develop partnerships to support our mission.
About the Role
This is a purpose-only contract working 35 hours a week, with a hybrid model requiring two days per week at our office.
You will be reporting to the Head of Risk Management, Compliance and Dementia Advisory Services.
In this role, you will be implementing approved annual work plans and facilitating regular team meetings.
Requirements
