As a Sales District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your district and leading store managers to achieve sales targets. This role involves creating and implementing business strategies, managing stock movements, and analysing data to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your area
* Developing and supporting store managers to improve their skills and knowledge
* Analysing and optimising stock movements to improve sales and efficiency
* Completing regular cash management checks to ensure financial accuracy
* Supporting projects through analysis and provision of feedback to drive business growth
* Overseeing store refurbishment, new openings and re-openings to maintain high standards
* Creating and implementing annual business plans for your district to achieve sales targets
* Planning KPIs and store staffing structure for your district to maximise productivity
Requirements:
* Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience
* Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills
* Full driving licence required
* Organised, flexible, motivated and a hard-working leader
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
