With retail outlets located across Leinster, our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining financial control, operational oversight, and business partnering, working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for financial control and reporting across the group, while supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Own the accuracy of the P&L, balance sheet, and reconciliations
Coordinate audits and statutory financial statements
Manage group cash flow and working capital
Ensure compliance with Irish Revenue, VAT, and regulatory requirements
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Implement and maintain robust financial policies and controls
Manage and develop the finance team, providing cover for key functions when required
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
Partner with the CFO on strategic planning, business cases, and investment analysis
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
2+ years’ post-qualification experience
SME background is preferable
Strong financial reporting and control expertise
