We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team in Cork. This exciting position offers a unique blend of financial and administrative responsibilities, providing an excellent chance for career growth and development.
* Process purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations efficiently.
* Assist with company vehicle fleet administration tasks.
* Manage monthly employee expenses effectively.
* Support project certification tracking and invoicing processes.
* Reconcile debtor accounts and facilitate timely cash collection.
* Help with new supplier and subcontractor account setups, payments, and queries.
* Provide general support across Finance, Purchasing, and QS teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
* Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
* The ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and accountable approach.
