Brightwater Executive is delighted to be retained by PTSB for their Head of Money Management, Savings, Investment & Insurance Products appointment opening. PTSB is one of Ireland’s leading retail and SME banks, delivering innovative products across an evolving digital landscape.
Reporting directly to the Head of Bank Products and Pricing and as a key member of the product management leadership team, you will influence, drive, and deliver on the Group’s funding strategy defined by ALCO, ExCo, and the Board.
Your responsibilities include:
Define and execute the strategic direction for the “Manage My Money” product segment.
Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Distribution, Operations, Customer and Marketing teams to deliver foundational capabilities, pricing, and product development strategies.
Own the P&L for money management, savings, investment, and insurance products, driving pricing, performance, and risk management interventions.
Work closely with distribution and marketing teams to ensure effective pricing frameworks and controls to achieve target margins and growth.
The ideal candidate has an established track record as a leader in a financial services product category, including experience in pricing, proposition development, and distribution strategies.
