Our food offering is built around seasonality, creativity, and a strong connection to the sea — showcasing the best of local seafood, Irish produce, and club classics reimagined.We are currently building a passionate and skilled kitchen team and are recruiting a second Sous Chef to add to the team, someone to deliver consistency, creativity, and a great work–life balance.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Sous Chef to take a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of service in the kitchen. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and an experienced Sous chef, you will help bring the club's seasonal food vision to life.
