About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team and support the day-to-day management of supplier payments and financial administration. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on any discrepancies
* Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
* Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
* Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve invoice or payment queries
* Contribute to process improvements and support general finance administration as required
Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Qualifications:
Education:
Relevant Qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
