Accountabilities
* Respond to all allegations of privacy violations.
* Conduct investigations of privacy incidents involving members, providers, and employees.
* Analyze data, contract terms, and documentation to substantiate privacy allegations.
* Apply regulatory and contractual requirements to the case investigation process.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in privacy violations.
* Conduct interviews to gather evidence and additional insights.
* Compile, report, and present privacy incidents to regulatory agencies.
* Maintain documentation integrity for privacy incidents.
* Prepare reports for the Board of Directors as necessary.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key business units.
Requirements
* 5 years of healthcare experience required.
* Bachelor's degree required, preferred graduate degree.
* Fluent in Spanish.
* Proven investigatory skills.
* Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage tight deadlines.
