If you enjoy solving intricate design challenges and have an interest in AI-powered interfaces, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, innovation, and real-world impact.Designing Exceptional User ExperiencesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate user needs into elegant, scalable interfaces.Develop clear information architectures that bring structure to dense, data-heavy applications.Produce user flows and interaction patterns for multi-step, highly technical workflows.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to ensure design decisions align with business objectives and technical realities.Advocate for user needs while navigating scientific accuracy and regulatory expectations.Support Agile development cycles by providing ongoing design input and clarifications.Driving Consistency & Design StandardsMaintain and evolve a robust design system that promotes consistency across all application touchpoints.Contribute to the creation of reusable UI components tailored to scientific and analytical workflows.Shaping Data-Driven InterfacesDesign intuitive visualizations, dashboards, and analytics elements that make complex scientific data easy to understand.Ensure interfaces enable confident, informed decision-making in regulated and scientific domains.Experience:Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.3–5 years' experience designing complex web applications—ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or similarly technical industries.Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UI/UX work, complex workflows, and data-rich environments.Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.SkillsSolid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design.Experience designing for complex systems with regulatory or scientific requirements.Ability to create insightful and intuitive data visualizations.Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts to improve collaboration with development teams.Bonus Points ForExperience in biotech, pharma, healthcare IT, or other regulated sectors.Understanding of FDA/EMA usability expectations or software compliance standards.Exposure to AI-driven interfaces such as predictive analytics, intelligent assistants, or machine-learning-enhanced workflows.
