We have a
six-month maternity leave contract
for the role of Reservations Agent at Cashel Palace, which is based in the Sales and Marketing Department of Cashel Palace.
Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
* Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
* Upsell other areas of the hotel.
* Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest's stay.
* Office administration as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception/reservations role.
* Previous experience using Hotsoft a distinct advantage
* Excellent customer care skills
* Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
* Highly motivated, and a team player.
