Regional Management Opportunity
The South Connacht region is seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic plan for money advice and budgeting services. Key responsibilities include resource management, staff supervision, customer service, evaluation, and monitoring procedures.
A relevant third-level qualification and experience in staff supervision, customer service, evaluation, and monitoring procedures are required. Experience in project management and staff training is desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finance and planning, including regional budgets and reports. They will also assist in staff recruitment and report directly to the Chair of the regional board.
The role requires full-time commitment with potential unsocial hours. Travel throughout the region may be necessary, requiring own transport. The successful candidate will be based in Galway City.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification
* Experience in staff supervision, customer service, evaluation, and monitoring procedures
* Project management skills (desirable)
* Staff training experience (desirable)
Benefits:
* Salary Scale: €66,890 - €78,468
* Incremental credit awarded based on previous relevant experience
* Full-time position with 35 hours per week
