A Fit-Out Contractor company with key projects based in Cork wishes to appoint an experienced Fit-out Site manager to join their team. Our client is a well-known contractor that is involved in Retail & Leisure Projects. Key Responsibilities The experienced Fit-out Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Specific duties include: Site Operations & Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of the site from inception to completion, and overseeing site logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Communication: Liaising effectively with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates. Problem-Solving: Identifying potential issues or technical difficulties early and developing effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience: 5 years' experience in a Site Management role with a main or fit-out contractor, with proven experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects. Background: A trade qualification, such as a carpentry/joinery background, is often desirable.
