I am looking for a German-speaking Underwriter/Claims Assessor who will specialize in applications for Life and Serious Illness product and claims assessments.Your Key ResponsibilitiesMaking accurate and timely decisions that align with company's underwriting and claims guidelines, ensuring applications are assessed to a high standard.Managing and resolving any challenges to decisions by clearly explaining the reasons behind them.Communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers and advisers.Promoting quality within the team by identifying errors, analysing root causes to prevent recurrenceSupporting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Consistently acting with integrity and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.Your Skillset and ExperienceFluency in written and spoken German (essential).
