Fruition Group - Senior IT Recruitment Consultant (Perm & Contract)
My Dublin based client is recruiting for a SAP Consultant who has experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to join the team on a perm basis working on a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
* Represent and deliver SAP P2P/MM expertise in technology initiatives and projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation).
* Actively participate in workshops.
* Support and optimize the business in driving added value from P2P processes.
* Responsible for the functional design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the software.
* Gather business information and translate requirements/processes into IT solutions.
* Translate business requirements into functional design.
* Develop, test, document, deliver, and optimize SAP applications.
* Provide functional or technical support for users by monitoring application usage and enabling them to work in the most optimal way.
* Demonstrate solutions, provide training, guide testing activities, and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
* Liaise with other Application Specialists in cross-application processes.
* Liaise with software vendors, third-party specialists, technical teams, application support, and key business users.
* Flexibility to travel or work shift patterns if required.
* Contribute to or review configuration rationale documents.
* Participate in, deliver, and validate sprint demos.
* Identify and support the definition of end-to-end test scenarios.
* Participate in and support the delivery of functional acceptance and system integration testing.
* Support data migration activities related to SAP MM deliverables.
* Solution-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach, motivated by working in a global environment with a local team.
* Conceptual thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Skills & Experience
* Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* SAP MM certification(s).
* Min of 2 years experience with IBP
* Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience (essential).
* Strong knowledge of P2P processes.
* Ability to understand business processes and translate them into IT architecture.
* Knowledge or interest in Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as project management.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
