Flexsource are currently recruiting Bakery Assistants for our client, a leading Irish Distribution and Manufacturing company based in Dublin 10.
We're looking for someone who knows their way around dough, from mixing to baking, to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring ingredient quality and freshness Measuring and weighing wet and dry ingredients accurately Following recipes and dough preparation procedures (rising, resting, shaping) Operating mixers and other bakery equipment Baking a range of products to company standards Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Minimum 1 year's baking experience (commercial or artisan) Manual Handling Certificate desirable but not essential Full training provided for company-specific processes Hours: Monday to Saturday 5 days per week (Sunday availability required) Pay Rate: €***** per hour Please send your cv to or
