We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Galway City as a Duty Manager.
* Manage day-to-day hotel operations during your shift, overseeing check-ins/outs, guest requests, room allocations, and issue resolution.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
* Support the Front Office team with bookings, arrivals/departures/billing tasks.
