We are looking for a Door-to-Door (D2D) Retention Agent. This is a field-based role where you’ll engage directly with customers, handle objections, and use the tools and offers available to retain business and drive results.
A full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is required, with mileage expenses covered.
We’re looking for driven, customer-focused people with experience in retention, door-to-door or inside sales — ideally within utilities, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Speak directly with customers (face-to-face and over the phone) tokeep them with us or win them back
Work through warm leads and follow up with customers who need support or reassurance
Use all available tools, offers, and insights to retain customers
Handle objections confidently and turn conversations into positive outcomes
Deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Keep customer records up to date using internal systems
Support the wider team with ad hoc activities when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven track record of hitting targets inretention or sales
Minimum 1 year’s experience indoor-to-door or inside sales
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Confident objection handling and problem-solving skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Good planning and organisational skills
CRM experience is a plus (not essential)
Full, clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
