Key Responsibilities:
* Wash and clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and storage areas
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
* Take out rubbish and recycling
* Ensure all health and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is a must
* Must live locally Portlaoise or be able to drive to the location reliably
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends if required
