We are looking for reliable and skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of first and second-fix carpentry for attic conversions and extensions
Work to detailed architectural drawings and project specifications
Ensure workmanship meets our quality, safety, and compliance standards
Coordinate with our site foreman and other trades to maintain smooth project flow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Complete jobs within agreed timeframes and budgets
Requirements
Fully qualified carpenter or experienced joiner
Proven track record in attic conversions, roofing, or residential renovation projects
Own tools, transport, and valid insurance (CIF / CIRI compliance preferred)
Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good communication and time management skills

Pay: €54,136.41-€77,316.31 per year
