Job Overview
This commercially strategic role within our fast‑paced supermarket channel is responsible for developing and growing net sales revenue, trading contribution, and volume through world‑class strategic planning and execution.
The position involves leading key supermarket account relationships, driving market share growth, and delivering execution excellence aligned with company objectives.
The ideal candidate will skillfully drive bottom‑line growth through product mix optimization, customer business development, relationship management, and effective joint business planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive channel and key customer account strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and trading contribution targets
Negotiate optimal terms, pricing, and promotional agreements while managing trade spend to maximize return on investment
Create and deliver insightful Joint Business Plans that grow market share while creating mutual value for customers and the company
Optimize product portfolio by securing listings for new and core products across key accounts
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Field Sales, Customer Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer service levels
Develop and implement cost‑effective, insight‑driven promotional plans that drive business growth
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Key Account Management experience with demonstrated success
Thorough knowledge of the beverage industry, including products, channels, and competitive landscape
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets and analyze commercial data
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable commercial agreements
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Siebel/BW preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels
